Louise O'Sullivan is amazing! I was able to do some private yoga sessions with her and 2 of my friends. We all greatly benefited from her experience and obvious passion for yoga, mindfulness, and nurturing our bodies.

Excellent Gym with a Great Atmosphere
We had a wonderful first experience at Ballard Health Club. From the very first day, Kyle, the friendly manager, welcomed us, showed us around, and explained everything clearly. He even invited us to try some classes before committing to a membership, which was a great way to experience the club.
There is an impressive variety of classes for all interests and fitness levels, including cardio, cycling, different types of yoga, aerobics, core training, and group exercise. The instructors are amazing, knowledgeable, and energetic.

Using a secret name as I am still working thru personal things but first off Elliot is literally the best ever! So kind, a sweet and always willing to answer questions. Nate has been my primary and he's fantastic and amazing as is Benji who I have got to to work with as well! Highly recommend this amazing group! Even the owner spoken with me to reassure me he's got my back working on the authorization. It's a place where I go and feel. So welcome and relaxed!!
