To me The Heart Center is a place of peace. It's a place where I go to feel okay. This is the best yoga center I've ever been to. The studio is clean and everyone is kind. The owner, Faith, is incredible and teaches with compassion and acceptance. I also particularly love any class with Ki! Flow & Restore is the best. If you haven't tried out this studio - you ought to!

I've gone 3x with all different instructors and surprisingly enough... everyone of them has been great! Very easy to follow and they use some Sanskrit which I enjoy! Hear the words enough and you start to remember each pose/practice. That is something that I look for because I get confused when instructors give too much directions. This is a hidden gem in white center. It really is a gorgeous studio and very spacious. The owner is lovely and very inviting. I'm hoping for more early classes in the future.

This is a beautiful yoga studio with excellent yoga teachers and nice light and a great vibe. I love the candles and the burning sage and the plants in the studio really create a great vibe. They even offer water to refill up on. Love the classes! Recommend this local white center place. They even have easy parking in the back! Really love this space as a part of practicing self care.

We are a group that wishes to grow, welcoming all people who are interested in awakening to their most harmonious expression of Self. The Heart Center offers yoga and meditation classes; movement therapy, art shows, acupuncture, reiki, massage, and body work; dances, ceremonies, sound baths, and workshops that promote self expression.
