As a healthcare provider, Ashley at Union Pilates is my go-to referral for anyone seeking true, foundational pilates. Through injury and beyond, Ashley knows how to treat each client personally and safely. The mat classes are a great way to introduce yourself to a good core routine for spine health. The reformer privates and duets are an excellent way to hone those mat skills and get in deeper. And finally, a private session with Ashley is a way to get excellent one-on-one cuing for ultimate technique and strength. Highly recommend! - Ryan Simmons, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Reviews
Ashley really takes the time to assess her clients' needs and form a comprehensive plan. In the past, I've had pretty bad experiences with pilates classes, with teachers who don't pay attention to injury or tell me to push through pain. But after a car accident, I was looking for a rebuilding exercise regimen and found my way to Ashley's studio. I look forward to going to our 1-on-1 training sessions every week, and her studio feels homey, clean, and comfortable. If you've had an injury or want to step away from impersonal wellness experiences, check out Union.
Union Pilates is a place to go for expert instruction, comprehensive care (Ashley is so knowledgeable about the human body!) and a beautiful community of people. I highly recommend both group and private classes where I have learned about exercises that work for my unique body.
