About Body Reflects
Body Reflects is a lower Queen Anne oasis that offers a joyful community experience for Seattlites seeking to relieve stress, cultivate strength and awareness. The studio practices vinyasa yoga, focusing on carefully placed steps and precise alignment to help practitioners move safely and enjoyably, preparing to calm the mind and rest well. The knowledgeable teachers guide students through poses, helping them gain confidence and stability in their practice. The space is beautiful, with easy access to cubbies and interesting products. The team is warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed and casual environment. Classes are small, allowing for personalized instruction and hands-on assistance, with painted rocks indicating if touching is desired. The classes feel calm and not intense, with modifications offered based on injuries or how each person feels that day. The studio isn't hot, which complements the relaxed vibe. The location near Seattle Center offers paid street parking and free spots a short walk away. Overall, this studio provides a calming, supportive atmosphere for anyone looking to practice yoga and reflect a healthy, balanced self.
This studio has been my favourite ever since I started practicing yoga in 2018. All teachers are great but Carlie’s classes especially always leave me feeling refreshed (and sore the next day), and they’ve completely spoiled me for any other studio.

I started my yoga journey with 8 weeks intro class. I enjoyed it so much that I repeated the same class, just few weeks later after first course was over.
Now I am a regular student - my go to classes are Yin with Christina (it’s super peaceful class, Christina’s calm voice is guiding you through each pose. It helps to sink into every move and allows to fully participate), Moving Meditation with Veronica (slightly faster than Yin. Veronica’s friendly attitude always makes me feel welcome and peaceful).
I’m sure all teachers are amazing - I just didn’t have a chance to visit their classes yet!
