She guided me through a great session where I felt opened up and strengthened at the same time. Abby took her time with me and listened to any feedback I had about how my body felt during each movement. It was well paced and I felt like she really knew the Pilates technique and how to teach it . I highly recommend studio Evolve. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. Martine the Owner is a gem as well!“

I absolutely loved their attitude, their personality and honest interest in *developing* youth athletes with a customized approach that doesn't break the bank. I would recommend anyone to visit their gym and evaluate whether Vice Athletics is the right fit for their needs, but they have my vote.“

Easy to schedule, both because the app is good and because this studio often has space in classes. (I note one reviewer complained the workout is too easy-maybe so for them-it’s definitely not a boot camp environment. Or maybe they didn’t take time to test into the hardest level classes.)
For me it’s useful that Club Pilates QA offers classes that can be modified up or down as needed. They’ve helped me improve core strength and posture, and reduce joint pain from old sports injuries. I hear there is now free parking for members though I’m fortunate to live in walking distance. I also like having a membership level that allows me to use other Club Pilates studios when I travel. Reading back this review sounds like PR but I sincerely enjoy working out there, so it’s easy to keep consistent.“

I’ve been coming consistently for the last year, prompted by struggling with chronic pain and needing more support than PT could offer. To say the team here is supportive is an understatement. I’ve always had a complicated relationship with my body and exercise. Gyms have always felt judgmental and misguided for me. I’ve never felt ashamed of my body in this space- I leave feeling strong and proud. My chronic hip and back pain is gone. My posture is better than ever. I work as a nurse and find myself better able to use good body mechanics now. Instructors are approachable, positive, and genuinely care about your experience (both at the studio and most holistically in your daily life). They’re great about checking in on injuries/concerns/goals before class and always ask for consent before touching. Instructors perfectly balance corrections (gently and kindly) and challenging you to trust your body, all without pushing you too hard.
If you’re new and can do an individual session before taking a class, I’d highly recommend it so that 1) the equipment isn’t overwhelming and 2) you can get individualized coaching on engagement. That being said, the instructors are great at supporting you in classes too since they’re small :)

The studio itself is very spacious and has a lot of equipment catered to a lot of needs. I like the way that they periodically arrange things to refresh the setup; every time I go there, I feel like I'm trying to plot this as if it's my day one.
I highly recommend this place, the instructors, and the Pilates as a whole to everybody who's interested.“
