3627 Stone Way N suite D, Seattle“I recently started attending classes here. I really like that the classes are 45 minutes long and you feel like you hit all the major muscle groups in that time. The Pilates table is a little intimidating at first glance with all the pulleys, etc, but all the teachers are helpful and you can also watch the other students if you're stuck. Some of the teaches are tougher than others but they all follow the same basic format. I've been going for a few weeks and can already see more definition in my shoulders and upper arms. The only downside is parking can be scarce. The 3 pack for 45 dollars is a good way to start and see if you like it.“

“Attending yoga classes at BendnMove has been a great addition to my routine the last few months. I started with zero knowledge of yoga or any idea what to expect, but Beth has made it very accessible to a novice like me. She has a very gentle approach and understands that I might not be able to yet do all of the things that more experienced practitioners of yoga can do, and gives me the space to struggle and learn at my own pace. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about trying yoga to schedule some time and try it out at BendnMove!“

I've now been doing Lagree for 2 months and I've been blown away at how low impact, yet effective, Lagree has been. The quality of instructors at this studio is amazing. They are beyond caring and provide friendly corrections where needed and assist with modifications if you have any pre-existing issues. The exercises are safe and intense, targeting the entire body and I never leave a class feeling unchallenged.“

The environment is SO supportive and welcoming, no matter what you look like, or how fit you are. The instructors are very encouraging and the classes are easy to follow. You’re encouraged to go at your own pace and never made to feel bad if you can’t keep up. I love the variety they offer, and the hot classes are AMAZING. They have ample lockers and the locker rooms are nice. The mat and towel rentals are nice to have. Overall, it’s been worth every penny and for the first time in my life I look forward to working out!“

2351 10th Ave E, Seattle“Quaint small but mighty Pilates studio in north Capitol Hill right next to the 49 bus stop. This studio practices traditional mat and reformer Pilates and specializes in small class formats. The front desk staff and all the instructors are very nice and patient, and will walk around the room to correct form. The equipment was clean and in good condition. There is only one single stall bathroom but there usually isn't a long wait for it. It is clean and well-stocked. There are also some storage space to put your bags and shoes, but no lockers, although it is a small enough space that you can still keep your eyes on your belongings during your class. They currently have free community classes on Thursday evenings in February!“

777 Thomas St, Seattle“Great location, good environment and vibe. This studio is more for people who are already familiar with largee and its moves, and don’t need much customization or guidance. The instructor role is more focused on pacing the class and encouraging students, without much teaching or correction. Love the selection of music too!“

2612 3rd Ave, Seattle“My instructor (Ray) is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and easy going. He catches and pays very close attention to all the fine details. I've attended a couple of classes so far, and I plan on continuing. The 1:1 class has been great. I'd been looking for traditional Pilates that involves equipment, and this place is it. I highly recommend this place!“
