When I needed their help again (for a different issue) Josh and Eph were at my house in about 20 minutes. When I mentioned I had guests coming, they offered to come back later that evening and didn’t even charge me for the first visit. That level of honesty and care is so rare these days. “I called Simon at Clearwater Leak Detection after being robbed for $108 by Appollo Plumbing who did nothing but try sell service contracts and wanted $1200 for Leak Detection. Clearwater answered my call and asked lots of questions and told me the exact price (half of what Appollo wanted) over the phone. He was busy but fit me in 2 days later. Arrived on time and went to work. Explained everything to me. Within an hour, he located my two leaks. He was accurate and the main leak was right under where he flagged it. I wouldn't use anyone else.“
