Colton exceeded expectations. He was professional, friendly, and thoroughly explained what needed to be done in my laundry area. He even stayed to help test run our wash machine to ensure it was draining properly. I would use him again without any hesitation and would recommend him to others.Service: Plumbing leak repair
Diego was great to work with and was able to get an issue fully resolved for us that had originally been created a year ago with rough-in work that GJ did. He was however our third appt with GJ to get this work done which was frustrating. The first tech cancelled on us last minute and then the second appt was with a different plumber from the company that told us he couldn’t do the work we needed (even though I had given the office a full description of the work needed). Very happy though that once Diego came out he was able to have everything completed in 24 hours.
On time and courteous. Explained the possible causes and steps needed to determine the cause. Did easier possible fix. Did not solve the problem, but we knew that was possible beforehand thanks to his explanation. That work did narrow down the possible issue so not a wasted effort. He explained what needed to be done next and provided a possible name to do that work.
