Sean was in the neighborhood and he stopped at my house within an hour to take a look at the problem. Sean has a lot of experience and he knew exactly what to do within minutes of looking at everything. He had the parts on hand to fix the issue and fixed the entire problem very quickly and at a great price. Everything is now working perfectly. He’s a super nice guy on top of being a great plumber. “They came out same day, mid afternoon and worked outside near the septic system. Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out. I got quotes from multiple contractors but decided to go with Frank since he explained everything with a lot of detail and patience to make sure I understood what was needed. If you're looking to get your water heater replaced, look no further! You might get cheaper quotes from other companies but most of them are not licensed plumbers and use a cheaper brand of water heater. Rooter Pal installed a Bradford White water heater with brass fittings, which are way more durable than what the cheaper competitors use.
He was able to accommodate me in his schedule pretty quickly and made the whole process seamless. He even came back to replace an out-of-stock part free of charge. Rooter Pal will be my go-to for all my plumbing needs in the future.
