“Action Jackson saved the day when we experienced a tricky clog in our kitchen sink on Thanksgiving. They responded quickly, gave us a clear outline of potential repair options and prices for each, and showed up right on time. The plumbers were professional and courteous, explained exactly what they were doing, and left the job site clean and tidy when they were done. They tried each of the repair options in ascending order of cost, and we weren't charged for those that didn't work. Ultimately, it wasn't cheap to hydrojet the giant grease blockage in our kitchen line ($926 including tax, which was competitive with estimates from competitors), but the level of service we received made the cost easier to swallow.“

Professional, courteous, careful, explained everything every step of the way, and consulted and troubleshot every aspect of the project with me. Nina in the office was extremely helpful, as well as Shane and Chris, who were the first ones out to diagnose the problem. They came back to flush out the blockage after Kenneth and Marcos dug up the sewer. Can't say enough good things about Kenneth (and Marcos) who did the yeoman's work of hand digging and replacing a long section of old, damaged line.
