For a Sunday late afternoon call we’re definitely happy with the services we got. Our 8yr old Au-some boy who is finally fully potty trained, did a very good job in clogging up the toilet. Which ending up in some reinforcement to save the day. Roto Rooter is highly recommended. They responded to my call and continue communicating until the technician arrived. Adam was awesome. My toddler flushed his underwear down the toilet and I called on Sunday to have it addressed. Adam arrived within two hours and was able address the issue quickly and fixed free of charge given the small nature of the work. Would definitely use him and Roto-Rooter again!
