Customers report that Price Busters Plumbing responded to the urgency of a leaking main line faster than other companies and provided the best price. A quote was given the same day, and the trenchless process was clearly explained. Crews handled prep work and a trenchless water line replacement, and the whole team was professional, personable, and kept customers well-informed. Communication was excellent with the crew and the office, and everyone consistently followed through. The work area was kept clean and safe. A trenchless solution was completed under landscaping, boulders, and concrete steps without disturbing anything, and the final result was outstanding. Other jobs included replacing a water line to a lower hose bib on a steep slope with rocky soil, a PEX repiping job to replace 70+ year old galvanized lines, and replacing 11 stop valves and one shower cartridge. Customers describe the plumbers as prompt, polite, pleasant, kind, friendly, helpful, and fantastic. The work was done quickly, and customers are extremely happy and highly recommend the business.
