“Atlas LC — Rob and his team are phenomenal and got us up and running within a day - I had a new AC unit and Furnace installed! He kept his word (I even called on the 4th of July - obnoxiously to say the least bc it was during an extreme heat wave and we were SO HOT)!!! But Rob and his team got my AC and Furnace ordered and was here the next day for the installation. Another benefit is that when you call Atlas LC, you talk to an actual person - so many of these Corporate AC Companies have AI answering services - NOT Atlas LC… You will most likely speak to Rob and he WILL take care of you and your family!! Don’t be alarmed if you call and get a text msg response - it’s bc he’s on a call helping another family. And he will get right back to you (again he is not a large corporate company). Atlas LC is a small, local Northern VA company that takes pride in their work and ensuring their clients are happy… Im all for supporting local, small businesses who value and appreciate their customers, along with taking pride in the work they do!!! If you read this review, I truly hope you contact Atlas LC and let them take care of you!!

“For those of you who don’t know KCS has merged with FH Furr hvac.
I didn’t realize this until the day before my appointment. I’ve been loyal to KCS with a few properties and really liked the services and the prices that they offer.
Clark has been to a few of my properties a few times and he is one of the reasons that we’ve been with KCS. Having been through a business merger myself, they can be a challenging and things fall through the cracks , and this was no exception.

I was on the phone no less than 7 times for 2 property visits ( semi annual maintenance checks) scheduled for the same day . I had made the appointments 6 weeks ago and their scheduling department had things confused. Again, with the merger

it was like two different companies trying to operator under one umbrella, so I’m sure it will take time to shake out but nonetheless, it was a time-consuming day just following up with the timelines of the appointments.“

“Timely service and super pleasant technician. Air conditioning stopped working 6:pm on July 4th. Called Popes Air because they installed my heat pump 6 years ago. I got a call back in about 20 minutes of leaving a message. They were able to quickly fix my AC before noon the next day (capacitor replacement) and figured out the most likely issue over the phone before they came. I had low expectations for a holiday weekend with record heat the days before, but Devin H from Popes Air fit me in and fix everything. My heat pump and air handling unit have had no issues for 6 years, so great value from Popes Air.“
