“Atlas LC — Rob and his team are phenomenal and got us up and running within a day - I had a new AC unit and Furnace installed! He kept his word (I even called on the 4th of July - obnoxiously to say the least bc it was during an extreme heat wave and we were SO HOT)!!! But Rob and his team got my AC and Furnace ordered and was here the next day for the installation. Another benefit is that when you call Atlas LC, you talk to an actual person - so many of these Corporate AC Companies have AI answering services - NOT Atlas LC… You will most likely speak to Rob and he WILL take care of you and your family!! Don’t be alarmed if you call and get a text msg response - it’s bc he’s on a call helping another family. And he will get right back to you (again he is not a large corporate company). Atlas LC is a small, local Northern VA company that takes pride in their work and ensuring their clients are happy… Im all for supporting local, small businesses who value and appreciate their customers, along with taking pride in the work they do!!! If you read this review, I truly hope you contact Atlas LC and let them take care of you!!
