Recently, he went above and beyond, driving hours in one day to get a part so we could have our heat back the same day. Doug at Express Tech Air is an honest professional. He checked my HVAC after I became dissatisfied with my old company who kept telling me to replace my unit. Doug thoroughly checked my unit and said it would keep running a few more years before I needed to replace it -- 3 years later it is still good. Doug and his team are all friendly and polite. Wouldn't use any other HVAC company!
