“Called to report that our heat was out at 4PM. Andrew called us (after hours) to tell us we would hear from dispatcher early AM to tell us when a crew could come out. Mark called at 7AM to tell us that our crew was en route. Curtis and Jose arrived at 8AM, diagnosed the problem immediately, drove to Sterling and back with the new part and installed it in 15 minutes. They checked to be sure it was working and were on there way. Once again, Comfort Professionals were responsive, courteous, professional and competent. “I've had Duvall Plumbing out twice, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The first time I hired them was to install a smart shutoff valve. This isn’t a common request, but they were willing to do some research and provide an accurate quote over the phone. Their installation was excellent, and they were accommodating about tackling a unique plumbing task.Recently, I hired them again to install a new toilet and fix a wobbly one. They arrived promptly, worked quickly, left the work area clean, and were true to their quote. Their quotes are also quite reasonable. What truly sets them apart is how friendly they are, they are a joy to have around and are extremely willing to answer questions.I never write reviews, but I can’t recommend them enough. It’s rare that you can rely on a contractor, but I truly feel that way with Duval.“

“I first used Sammy and Tabora in the summer of 2018 when my 20+ year old AC unit died on me. Sammy was fantastic! He was responsive, on time, his pricing was reasonable, and he was great to work with. He makes you feel like he truly cares about you, fixing your issues, and making you happy. This past month I had an issue where my AC was on, the fan was running, but the house wasn't cooling down. I called Sammy, and within a few hours he called me back and showed up that same afternoon and repaired the AC unit. Again, he was professional and friendly, he talked to me about how much he cares about his customers, and his pricing was very reasonable considering the other quotes I was getting from other companies just for them to show up.
