“I've had Duvall Plumbing out twice, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The first time I hired them was to install a smart shutoff valve. This isn’t a common request, but they were willing to do some research and provide an accurate quote over the phone. Their installation was excellent, and they were accommodating about tackling a unique plumbing task.Recently, I hired them again to install a new toilet and fix a wobbly one. They arrived promptly, worked quickly, left the work area clean, and were true to their quote. Their quotes are also quite reasonable. What truly sets them apart is how friendly they are, they are a joy to have around and are extremely willing to answer questions.I never write reviews, but I can’t recommend them enough. It’s rare that you can rely on a contractor, but I truly feel that way with Duval.“

“Called to report that our heat was out at 4PM. Andrew called us (after hours) to tell us we would hear from dispatcher early AM to tell us when a crew could come out. Mark called at 7AM to tell us that our crew was en route. Curtis and Jose arrived at 8AM, diagnosed the problem immediately, drove to Sterling and back with the new part and installed it in 15 minutes. “Nabil is a one man operation and he's fantastic! We had a problem with our dishwasher. He came by within a day and fixed it! Costs are reasonable and he's very knowledgeable. We also had some other issues. Garage outlet had a bad outlet that kept tripping he diagnosed and a tub that wouldn't run hot water. If you are in need of a maintenance person that is knowledgeable and reasonable, Nabil is your guy! Do exercise some understanding that he's working and alone and sometimes he may not be able to respond immediately. We had to reschedule due to his other job taking longer but it was totally understandable. Fantastic and will refer and use again!!“
