We've been using Shaw Services for years and could not be more happy with them! From their scheduling staff, technicians, their honesty, and service. Everything has been absolutely wonderful. You spend a lot of time trying to find a company to work on your big purchases (like a/c) and I will never use anyone but Shaw!
We had our bi-yearly check up for the summer and Diego Orrego was our technician. He was unbelievably kind, friendly, patient, and honest. He let us know that we had a ton of buildup on the coils of our machine and took his time cleaning them, etc. and explained it all to us! One day before my scheduled spring/summer maintenance, my A/C stops cooling. He had it repaired(capacitor), cleaned and maintenance done in an hour. At a reasonable price. Highly recommend
