“I had my AC blower motor busted (after 10 years) and heat was so unbearable to the family. The dashboard tells it is a blower motor issue. I called a nearby HVAC maintenance company and they sent a tech the next Monday. I paid for the investigation and was quoted some unexpected amount. Waited a couple of days contemplating and called Fauquier Mechanical. They didn't insist on coming to examine. I told them the error code and they gave me what the price of replacing it will be. Just like that. No bureaucracy. Next day they came to my home and replaced the motor. They also throw in extra with no additional pay, testing the outside units. Their professionalism and friendliness is unmatched too. Thank you!!!”
