Mark called at 7AM to tell us that our crew was en route. Curtis and Jose arrived at 8AM, diagnosed the problem immediately, drove to Sterling and back with the new part and installed it in 15 minutes. Frank called telling me he’s on the way (about 3pm). Evaluated problem and explained options. Bottom line, so far, an excellent experience.“
