Pope's Air did a very professional job in the repair of my HVAC. My technician Peter was friendly and very helpful in explaining everything to us. I am also happy we had a service agreement with Pope to get the best pricing available.
Anytime I call Pope’s Air they respond quickly. The technicians are extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s like having a good neighbor…they’re always there for you when you need them. I highly recommend!!!
The technician called and let me know he was on the way. When he got here he took care of business and asked if I had any questions. When I asked about my thermostat he educated me on not actually needing batteries and why (that extra blue wire). He worked very clean and efficiently and was very friendly. I am very happy with the service and the price of the annual agreement is hard to beat for the peace of mind I get by having them check my system before it gets to extreme temperatures.
