Timely service and super pleasant technician. Air conditioning stopped working 6:pm on July 4th. Called Popes Air because they installed my heat pump 6 years ago. I got a call back in about 20 minutes of leaving a message. They were able to quickly fix my AC before noon the next day (capacitor replacement) and figured out the most likely issue over the phone before they came. I had low expectations for a holiday weekend with record heat the days before, but Devin H from Popes Air fit me in and fix everything. My heat pump and air handling unit have had no issues for 6 years, so great value from Popes Air.
