We’ve used MEP for the past five years, having switched from our original HVAC installer, and based on a recommendation from our builder who also switched. The level of consistent professionalism is outstanding, as is the confidence that the system is properly maintained and any services will be performed correctly. All elements are inspected and checked, down to a level of detail that’s extremely impressive. One recent example was the cleaning of the A/C coils in the internal stack — we’d never seen that before, as it required the removal of several face plates and sealing tape.
