“For those of you who don’t know KCS has merged with FH Furr hvac.
I didn’t realize this until the day before my appointment. I’ve been loyal to KCS with a few properties and really liked the services and the prices that they offer.
Clark has been to a few of my properties a few times and he is one of the reasons that we’ve been with KCS. Having been through a business merger myself, they can be a challenging and things fall through the cracks , and this was no exception.

I was on the phone no less than 7 times for 2 property visits ( semi annual maintenance checks) scheduled for the same day . I had made the appointments 6 weeks ago and their scheduling department had things confused. Again, with the merger

it was like two different companies trying to operator under one umbrella, so I’m sure it will take time to shake out but nonetheless, it was a time-consuming day just following up with the timelines of the appointments.“

“My A/C went out on a Saturday and I chose to wait until after the weekend for a technician. Silvio Guerrero arrived Tuesday afternoon. I was hoping it would be a simple fix, but it turned out to be not so simple. Silvio took the time to diagnose the problem. The result: the refrigerant was very low, caused by a leaking coil. He advised that I get the coil replaced while it’s still under warranty. He was very sympathetic and most helpful. Until I can schedule the replacement, he added some refrigerant as a temporary measure. I appreciated his thoroughness, courtesy, and advice. Thank you Silvio for your 5 Star service!“

“Timely service and super pleasant technician. Air conditioning stopped working 6:pm on July 4th. Called Popes Air because they installed my heat pump 6 years ago. I got a call back in about 20 minutes of leaving a message. They were able to quickly fix my AC before noon the next day (capacitor replacement) and figured out the most likely issue over the phone before they came. I had low expectations for a holiday weekend with record heat the days before, but Devin H from Popes Air fit me in and fix everything. My heat pump and air handling unit have had no issues for 6 years, so great value from Popes Air.“

“After having a full energy audit performed, that company recommended that we add an additional HVAC return on the first floor of our house to improve system performance.

With that in mind, we made an appointment with Jorge from Levanair to assess the HVAC duct work from our home built 50+ years ago, which included in-slab ducting for the first floor and to add the HVAC return recommended by the home energy company.

Jorge arrived on-time, examined our duct work and layout, reviewed the energy audit report and concluded that we needed to adjust our Lennox S40 system settings before doing any duct work. He spent 1.5 hours with us explaining system functions and making adjustments to optimize the HVAC system that we had replaced by another company early last year.

Jorge’s professionalism and honesty is greatly appreciated and we will spend the upcoming weeks observing how our system works with the new settings.
