I received quotes for a new heating system from several companies operating in my area. The quotes were all over the place when it came to pricing on comparable systems. The salesman wanted to haggle over prices, trying to upsell me on things I did not need. This was also followed by emails and texts from sales agent, one reaching out to me as late as 9pm asking if he could call me.I read the online reviews for J Hood and set up an appt for a quote. Robert arrived on time, looked over the existing system to be replaced, took a few pictures, and shortly there after I had a quote. Trusted the online reviews and called J. Hood for an estimate to replace my old furnace. Josue showed up on time to provide an estimate but also fixed the power problem to help restore heat. I was not expecting a repair but it was refreshing to have an honest HVAC service that has some regard for saving the customer money and time.
