“Definitely recommend… We’ve used them for several years for regular maintenance and Monday evening. At 7:30 PM, we realized Our AC stopped working… called and left a message… Received a phone call first thing 8:30 AM Tuesday morning and Technician Alec showed up at 11:30 AM on Tuesday morning… Worked throughout the afternoon including rain thunderstorm… And obtaining a new part on the other side of Manassas, to get our AC up and running… Temperature was Brutal in the house and outside temperature in the high 90s… heat index above 100. My only comment would be that their hours are listed until 8 PM and we called before that time. It would’ve been nice to speak to a person, even if they could only schedule for the next day rather than just leaving a message. But that is my only comment. Thank you once again to Alec.“

“Called to report that our heat was out at 4PM. Andrew called us (after hours) to tell us we would hear from dispatcher early AM to tell us when a crew could come out. Mark called at 7AM to tell us that our crew was en route. Curtis and Jose arrived at 8AM, diagnosed the problem immediately, drove to Sterling and back with the new part and installed it in 15 minutes. “I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The first time was August 2023 because my AC had stopped. The technician arrived at the appointed time and fixed the AC quickly. He showed me the 'old' part and explained why it needed to be replaced. This is when I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. In fact, when my furnace was checked in September, Bill recognized that my furnace was starting to leak carbon monoxide. I knew it was 20 years old!! So I wasn't surprised. Turner's replaced the unit, and Bill made sure to order one that used the same filters that the original one used! I was grateful for that because I had new unused filters. Bill has been back to check my AC unit, in the Spring, and recently my furnace! He is always professional when he is here! I would recommend to everyone to use Turner's Service for their needs.“
