On one of the hottest days of the summer (98 degrees) my home warranty HVAC contractor could not come out over the weekend, leaving me to call A-1. The technician called to say he was on the way and arrived and put me out of my misery. He was polite snd professional and solved the issue. The house is cool now. James came To repair my A/C unit and after fixing several small things, the problem did not go away. Gave me several price options and came back the next day at 0600 to start installation. He worked non stop for 6 hours and I have a new system! I appreciate his hard work and immediate response during a heat wave.
