John, the plumber assigned to work on our problem, was very professional and curteous to us during the whole process. He made sure we understood the nature of the problem,the steps of the repair and was patient with any questions we had. Another technician, Ray, came by to check on another issue in our ceiling and was very thurough in his inspection and also very respectful and professional. They were great to work with and helped relieve us of a very stressful situation.Services: HVAC system maintenance

I needed a new water heater pronto. John did the job efficiently and, voila, I have wonderful, hot water. I also, now, have great water pressure in my kitchen sink , and the ridiculously slow drain in my bathroom sink is draining like a champ. Thank you John.
