We had a leak in our hallway bathroom that created a water stain on downstairs ceiling. Chris presented us with a few options, and we chose the most invasive one so the problem would be fixed immediately. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional and answered all our questions. He cleaned his work area well when he was finished. Late last week I called to get a quote for my spicket repair job- the receptionist was very friendly who answered my call and took down my issue. Not even 10 minutes later I was called by Dave (I assume the owner) to discuss the issue in detail. He quoted me a max price for the job- which by the way was way less by 60 percent of the initial quote. This is a great surprise for me as a single mother who doesn't plan for repairs (I know it's terrible and I should). The plumber Justin was good with communicating his arrival time and was friendly the entire time he was there. I can be a talker and he didn't seem annoyed at all lol. David and his team are fantastic. Woke up to my hot water tank leaking water and they had someone here immediately replacing it. I’ve also used them for a new AC unit a few years ago. At the time they warned me I would need a new water tank soon, so I knew who to call once it finally broke. I have a little one so I appreciate the urgency in which they were able to get me in so that he can have a nice warm bath tonight. Thank you again!Service: Water heater installation
