Unfortunately, my husband has been at work for most of the visits we’ve had from Volodymyr but he is the ONLY tech that has truly been honest with us. Even if it’s not been what we wanted to hear! “I had an incredible experience with Cypher Plumbing! Dori was incredibly helpful when our water meter started shooting water. I called them, hoping they could come out today, but I was informed that they were booked until tomorrow.

Dori then called back and informed me that Jason, one of their plumbers, would be in the neighborhood and would come by to check the issue and determine the necessary tools for tomorrow’s repair.

To cut a long story short, the meter was broken, and it was the water company’s responsibility to fix it, which was an emergency situation. They promptly turned off the water from the meter until the Newport News City Water Department arrived a few hours later to fix the issue.

Jason and the other young man who came out were incredibly helpful and didn’t charge me for their services. Cypher Plumbing truly is a wonderful group of people!“
