My visit was pleasant Venson the tech was very knowledgeable regarding the heating systems and listening to all my concerns, gave me suggestions and showed me what he was working on in the system. So I’m hoping that cleaning the heater coil solved all my problems of the odor issue for good which was giving me an uneasy feeling. During Venson process I could smell the difference during and after the heater coil cleaning. Im hoping no more issues but if I do I would be asking for Venson to do the job! I highly recommend Venson!
The Venson arrived and instantly start inquiring about the issues I was having with my heating system. Very friendly tech and knowledgeable we had climb a few stairs to get to the 3rd floor but once up there he told my system was gas and 90/10 something no one before him ever explained. He took the time breakdown how it operates and from what I told him, he explained a few different things that may have been the reason from the freezing temperatures that could’ve clogged the drainage to they way the drainage pipes are installed. He checked it out so far the first floor is getting warm, he also gave advice on what other steps to take if this happens again.

I can trust him to be honest, timely, do a good work and priced fairly. They’re not trying to oversell, like most other companies.
