Robert was our tech and he came out after hours to diagnose our unit. He immediately knew the issue, overnighted the part and was back within 48hrs (of initial call) to install the unit. He was very responsive, very communicative, and very professional! I was also expecting the worst, when price was discussed, but it ended up being almost half of what I was anticipating - very affordable!! I highly recommend Hendrix Heating & Air and will call them in the future if I have any other issues.Service: A/C system repair
