Crystal has been great to work with and has provided the best service and advice, and the prices are the best I have found in our area. I have several rental properties and I purchase all of my equipment from Blue Crab. If I could give them 6 stars, I would do it!

Had an emergent repair needed for my home A/C when the main air handler blower motor failed. Catherine (If I messed up her name, please correct me) went out of her way to confirm the correct replacement motor, source a warehouse that had it in stock, have it programmed ( it's a newer style soft-start pulse width modulated motor) and had the new one ready to go in less than an hour. This is now my go-to shop whenever I have issues with any of my appliances!! Wife and children are happy to have cool air in the house in this heat! Thank you to everyone involved. Couldn't be any happier.
Very knowledgeable staff, best customer service in the area, and the prices are unbeatable. If you are a homeowner looking to do your own repairs, this is the appliance store for you. Crystal and her team are on it!
