Installed a new gas pack with a smart thermostat at my home on 11/18/2024. Bob and Brian are top notch. Reasonably priced and honest. 100% highly recommend!!!!

Reviews
Incredibly helpful! Solved the issue quickly.
Mr. Silva is the only person I will ever call for my heat and air needs. I've used him before for small issues and he never recommended work that didn't need to be done. He doesn't try to sell you a new setup if what you have can be fixed and he charges a fair price for when he performs repairs. When my old unit was finally giving up the ghost he could have performed a bandaid fix costing me an extra 500 dollars or more, which would have resulted in me having to have to replace everything shortly afterwards, resulting in my having spent more money. He did a complete system replacement for us, working us into his busy schedule so we wouldn't be without AC too long in the heat wave. He and his worker Brian were consummate professionals, polite and respectful. They did a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. Folks, these guys are as honest as a day is long. I've dealt with dishonest HVAC companies before but Mr Silva and Brian have my complete trust. I wouldn't even hesitate to give them the keys to my house if I couldn't be home when they were working.
