Richard is my go-to for anything HVAC related. On top of being knowledgeable down to a science for anything related in his line of work. The guy is trustworthy and a gem of a person. When issues in my system came up, I called Richard! He always goes the extra mile and does his absolute best to understand why problems occur and address those issues rather than slap Band-Aids onto systems like other companies have done in past. Great guy, Great company. Excellent sense of humor.

We have used Richard at Trivett for a few things at our house. He replaced our broken hot water heater and has done repairs and upgrades to our boiler heating system. He always does great work, is very responsive, and we feel very lucky to have found him! His pricing is great too! We would definitely recommend using him!!!

We had our old water heater spring a leak. We checked around with several different plumbers and decided to go with Richard @TrivettMechanical. He was very knowledgale, work was very professional, brought our plumbing up to code and did it at a very competitive price. I would recommend his services to anyone.
