Was having some water overflow issues & the HVAC drain pipe was involved so looked up businesses & Superior was local owned & the closest to my address. They answered immediately & showed up the next day.
The issue turned out to be for the plumber, but they explained everything very clearly to me, gave my HVAC a quick inspection & didn’t charge me for the visit.
I will certainly call Superior when I do need HVAC work!
Wilmer and his team were exceptional! They worked with us to find a solution within our budget and scheduled the installation of the new system promptly. The installation went exactly as Wilmer had promised, and the job was completed in a very professional manner! I highly recommend Superior and will use them again.
Had a tech come out to inspect my HVAC system. He was very professional and personable. Explained everything he was doing. Only one thing I'd like to see improved. I had a capacitor that was failing and I needed more refrigerant to be added. He didn't explain the impact of those things on the whole system.
