I’ve been coming to Vee for almost a year now. I’d come back home from being across country for school and was in need of a nail tech. Enter: Vee. I found her on Instagram and am so glad I booked that first appointment. Our appointments are so lively and even if I don’t have a full idea for a design I can come with reference photos or a vibe and she always gets it right. I trust her judgement. Her policies are super clear on the booking site. Her suite is comfy and inviting. I always look forward to the time I spend with her bringing all the gorgeous nail art to life. This company has done work at my property twice! I filed a claim with the warranty company and this company is who they sent! One was for my furnace duct and once for my ac! Both times they were patient with myself and my tenant as I do not live in the area! Both times the job was done just as it was explained! I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

I had my kitchen redone. My wife and I came in not knowing what we wanted or where to even begin. Jackie the kitchen Designer in Hampton explained the process told us to set up a date with her so she could come out take a look at the kitchen get measurements. We LOVED the design she came up with. Stephanie and Jackie helped us pick out the materials. The crew was awesome. They were in and out and it was done. I would recommend this company every time!!!

We had Turner’s drywall a small shed for us and were very pleased with his work. They were in and out in a timely manner, which was important to us. We were so pleased, we had them out a second time to apply a primer coat for us, too and install insulation, vapor barrier and install plywood to the underneath. This is a more traditional salon without all the fancy schmancy stuff you see these days. I've only been a few times but have appreciated the friendly atmosphere, reasonable pricing and convenient location. I've been very happy with my haircuts and plan to continue coming here for the long term if Laurie B. stays here! UPDATE: I want to add that I really enjoy the shampoos that I've gotten here. TBH, one of my favorite things about getting my hair done is having someone else shampoo my hair because it feels sooooo good!

I find it quite easy to sit here, in my upstairs room, and critique everything around me. Every meal out, and every service I receive - such as getting my hair cut or my beard trimmed. This is easy, because I have no risk here, in the land of google. Those that provide a service are the real risk-takers. Nobody fines me if my review isn't fair, but one unfair review can cost the future earnings of those that provide a service to the community. Even if their work is poor, it is of more value than my review. But today I will actually take a risk in claiming a new discovery. I have waited over a year for this moment, because I wanted to find another competitor to make such a comparison to. My challenge is that after a full year, I have failed to find any peer or contender to compare BK to. Let me explain... my search began in the hottest part of the summer of 2023. I went into BK's Barbershop, in a panic when my normal barber was closed for vacation. I noticed that the shop was not particularly big, and there were two customers outside waiting for the line to go down. This was the first indicator that the service was well-worth waiting for. If people are waiting in line to see you, even in the hottest part of the summer, you are clearly doing something right! After a short wait, Carl Booker invited me to his seat. I must preface further critique by noting a terrible observation about the entire barber industry: nobody ever listens to what you ask for. They all have their own ideas about what they think you want, then they project their ideas onto you, thinking that they know your style and character better than you do... and this leaves you walking away, vowing to just go find another barber the next time. But I am quite elated to report: BK does not have this problem! In any detail that could have been ambiguous, he asked for my preferences. I not only got EXACTLY what I asked for, but his attention to detail, and his respect and execution of the customers expectations are dramatically superior to every barber I have ever met. Cutting hair, or shaping a beard, those are not skills, they are arts. And BK is an artist. I am not a particularly attractive man, but BK sent me on my way looking better than I have since my early 20s!!! I knew when I came here that it was my last day living in the local area - I now live three hours away. During the year since my visit, I have been repeatedly disappointed by a dozen lesser barbers and have yet to find a barber I am happy with. I am giving serious consideration to making a 6-hour (round-trip) visit back to BK's once a month, the man is just that good!!!
I've been going to George since I was a kid. He always does a fantastic job with my haircuts. When he retires, I probably won't get another haircut again from anywhere else.
Wow this place is a game changer . I went to a guy barber named Marcus and he made me feel like a movie star. Gave one of the tightest cuts I've had in a while. Good atmosphere ! Will go again. Very kid friendly and profanity is prohibited which is a plus when you bring your kids in.

From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere of the retreat set the perfect tone. Grace greeted me with warmth and professionalism, immediately as she always does.

Jim was amazing. I had a difficult time getting what was in my head onto paper and another artist had pushed me off for months about it. I came in that day, he spent an hour sketching to make sure I was getting what I actually wanted and and sat me down that same day. As soon as I sat in the chair I felt at ease. He was thoughtful, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable. This was the first part to what will likely end up a large piece, he's the only person ill be going to for the work. That being said, he was so wonderful ill be taking my friend back for the same customer service

My heat pump's wall thermostat went blank (it doesn't use back-up batteries), so I couldn't use heat or AC at my home. I sent a service request to AHS warranty, and they assigned this contractor immediately. I received a call from the contractor right away and my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The technician arrived on time and immediately found a blown fuse in the air handler, which he replaced, and the wall thermostat display started working, but the heat and AC still didn't come on. He then went outside to the heat pump and replaced two bad parts (a transformer and contactor, I think). I believe those two parts got fried and caused the fuse to trip. The problem was fixed on the first visit. Both the office staff and the technician were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the technician was very thorough in his work. This was my first time using the AHS warranty (or this contractor), and I was pleased that the repair was covered except for my deductible. I would use this contractor again based on today's positive experience.Service: HVAC system repair
I had a burnt wire in my light fixture when I went to change it. Matthew talked to me about it, explained the difference between when it’s something that isn’t as serious, and when it becomes more dangerous. He even went so far as to install the new light we had been trying to install when we discovered this wiring issue. He was super helpful and super efficient. Really fantastic service.

The representative who answered the phone thoroughly explained the technology the company uses and within half an hour emailed us a written estimate along with a description of what to expect and how to prepare for the cleaning. Will, the technician who came to our home, was friendly and polite. He listened to our concerns and carefully inspected the upholstery, pointing out stains and dirt marks that we had barely noticed. He fully explained the cleaning process before starting work. Within an hour, he was finished, and when the chairs and ottoman thoroughly dried, his workmanship was obvious. Aside from showing signs of normal wear, all three items looked brand new. We strongly recommend Eco Carpet Pro.

They were on time. We paid for a one year pest control contract. Mr Roberson said he might have to come back a few times. He instructed us to call if we saw an more bugs. After a few months, we called and advised that we saw a bug, Virgina was at our house the next day. I would highly recommend Virginia Exterminating. Good prices and amazing service.
Mike was amazing!! I called first thing in the morning because I noticed fleas on my dogs and on the floor… ? he was out and treating my house within 30 minutes of talking to me. So very grateful for his swift service!! He even treated the grass to help with mosquitos which have also been making it hard to enjoy the patio area. Thank you so so very much!!

I had a small fencing (split rail fence) job that needed to be done mainly for aesthetic purposes. I wanted to visually separate the forest area on our land from the house/yard area. I called Double or Nothing and received a vist for an estimate in just days. The price was 'spot on' and I signed the contract. The job was done ON TIME as promised with little muss and fuss. I was greeted upon entering the door with a friendly smile by Jennifer. They staff was professional. I didn’t have to wait before been called by. My hygienist was efficient in procedure that was needed. Dr. Artis came in greeted with a hello and smile through the mask. My whole experience for outstanding. The entire staff is amazing. Chanel and Janine from the front end staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions right away. Vanessa and Brittany (dental hygienists) have both cleaned my teeth and they did an amazing job! Dr. Townsend has made both of my sons have enjoyable experiences at the dentist as well. The whole staff is great. I’ve never been comfortable going to the dentist but they have both made it a positive and anxiety free experience.

I would like to share my deep appreciation for the dentist and staff at Field family dentistry. I moved out here a year ago and I've been coming to Field since I moved here . They have helped me on more than one occasion last minute and got me in no questions asked and went above and beyond for quality ,Care, and the people are just 100% dedicated to the work that they do and it shows I would over highly recommend these folks for all of your dental needs.

What a pleasant place to take my son whom is on the spectrum and adhd she was very sweet and gentle with him the whole time while we was there, my daughter wasn't being seen that day so they offered her a coloring sheet to color plus a token as well to get their surprise after they was done.
Atmosphere is safe here (just came from Spencer dental in Hampton, so if you know you know). Dr. Quinn was on point with solving my dental issue. They took me in as a new patient, with an appointment booked the next day, no long waits in the lobby and procedure was painless. Liked the music playing and the Dr. Is mad cool! They (Dr. and staff) make you feel confertable. I will recommend this office to anyone. Great practice!!!!!!

I'd heard for years about this Amazing Chiropractor in White Marsh in Gloucester. ii had my first visit with her in March and I can honestly tell you she is a Miracle Worker. I have an Ortho back problem plus I recently was diagnosed with a very rare thing. She knows all about it. She is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful in relieving my pain and I prefer her Chiropractor care over Physical Therapy.
Best ever. If you love your pup then you have been here at 4am waiting on that book. These guys care and have been doing it for generations.

Amber did a nice, thorough job grooming our Goldendoodle and had good tips for us. Our dog seemed happy when she came home and looked and smelled so nice !
I brought Delilah in to get groomed my baby girl came home gorgeous. I also received pointers on brushing my dog to keeping her from knotting.

My mom has been going to Lena for over 20 years! She’s amazing and really cares for all the pups! Just a heads up she does only groom small breeds! I’m about to get a puppy soon myself and will probably bring my pup to her all the way from VA Beach.
We had our fur baby Jake groomed by Kristina she was on time completely professionally took the time time to let him understand what was happening to him even with him growling a few times she was amazing with him from start to finish would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants there dog to be treated as they should be even when they are a bit scared he turned out looking amazing and smelled great i can't wait for her to take care of him regularly now thanks for everything we and Jake appreciate you
Our dog had such bad anxiety going other places to get haircuts , he loves going here ! We have been sending our golden doodle to get haircuts cuts here for awhile and we love how kind the staff is . Remi loves getting attention from all of them !
I haven't had a massage in years due to a bad first experience somewhere else. Ginger was amazing in making me not feel so anxious and gave an exceptional massage. She really took the time out to make me feel comfortable but also listened to learn where my problem areas were and about me in general. She had me so relaxed and I was really tight and knotted in my back from years of over use and injury. I started dozing off at one point. I was feeling great when I left. Im a little sore in my back now but that was to be expected since I've never really had a good massage before and how tense and tight my back was. Everything else feels great. I look forward to my next appointment soon and will continue going to see her!
I went to see Shawna for my very first massage! Her space has such a welcoming energy and I felt super comfortable with her. She carefully and attentively listened to my concerns and helped tremendously with my neck and back pain from scoliosis. I’ll definitely be seeing her again!!

I saw the great reviews and wanted to give it a try, Andrea accepted me as a walk in and did an amazing job. I got the deep tissue massage and felt very satisfied at the end, So relaxed I fell asleep at one point! I had a little bit of trouble finding the building but just give them a call and they will help you. The building and it's location did catch me off guard, but it was excellent service and that's all I came for!
