Services are top notch and worth the price. The atmosphere is intimate and peaceful, never feeling crowded. The staff is incredibly attentive, often adding nice personal touches like birthday wishes. They clearly explain what to expect and check in on guests throughout their visit. Treatments, from lashes to couple massages, leave clients feeling perfectly at ease, relaxed, and truly happy with results like amazing-looking skin. The clean and luxurious space includes a lounge area with complimentary beverages. Many guests state they will definitely be back and recommend it.
I visited this spa for a facial, a massage, and access to the spa facilities, and had a wonderful experience overall. There was a brief wait when I arrived and again when checking out, but once I was checked in, the staff was incredibly attentive. Everyone addressed me by name, checked in on how I was feeling, and clearly explained what to expect throughout my visit. Everyone also wished me a happy birthday which was a nice personal touch since I interacted with so many staff members.

Amazing, I took my girl for her 14th Birthday. They really made her day special. The services we got were top notch. The place itself was clean and felt very luxurious. I will be going again, and will definitely recommend.
This was my first ever spa day, but it was exactly what I had hoped for! Went to Ivy Glam with my mom and aunts to celebrate my birthday. We all did the new beginnings luxe celebration package. Shout out to Lotus! She was phenomenal. The body scrub and massage had us all feeling so relaxed. We also enjoyed the manis/pedis. The facilities were very clean and well kept, staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was just as beautiful as pictures show on the website.
