Unfortunately, my next-door neighbor suffers from mental illness, and her house became infested with roaches and other vermin. Her sister, who was doing the cleanup, warned us that they were calling the exterminators. We might want to protect our property because those bugs might try to take up residence in our home, and unfortunately, we did see some on our property. Contacted Level up to provide information on termite control since our previous company would no longer come out due to our having an encapsulated crawl space. Mike responded to my email inquiry very quickly. Came out to take a look at my situation and offered solutions to termite control and annual inspection. Mike is very knowledgeable and explained every thing that he would do in terms I could understand. He did not try to upsell anything and I really appreciated that.
