I’ve had a lot of experience with pest control companies and never understood the process as clearly as now. Mike has not only been patient with us but super flexible, extremely respectful of our property, knowledgeable - has no problem explaining it all. He is very considerate, attentive and understanding as well! Wouldn’t trade him for the world!!

We recently had vapor barrier and foundation vent guards installed by Michael Gardner (dba Level Home Services LLC). Michael's work is thorough, timely, and priced reasonably. The vapor barrier is securely staked down and the vent guards are installed from inside the crawlspace and sealed around the edges with mortar sealant. He's licensed for pest control services, and since vapor barriers and foundation vents impact pest control, he's very experienced with this work.

Mike is very professional. He takes his time to inspect your home and explain his approach to eradicate these pests. He explains the whole process meticulously and all for a very reasonable price.
