Willie showed up 15 mins early (which is on time for me) and was very forward and upfront with the services performed. He was honest and didn’t try to push any extra services that I didn’t want. He went above and beyond and made my carpet look brand new again. Definitely recommend Eco Carpet Pro and Willie as a tech!

Our service was excellent! Our technician, Chris was so knowledgeable and efficient. Our carpet is 15 yrs old and was badly stained from a sick dog three years ago. We had another company come out twice and they were unable to even remove any part of the initial staining and always in a hurry. Chris was able to make the carpet look like new again. Chris took the extra effort that we so needed from how the stain remover worked to the actual final removal. We will be using your services again and definitely requesting Chris.
