Wow! Looking at reviews would have thought I had a different company. Then noticed that most of the reviews were 5 or 6 years old. I had a very good experience with company. I have a beautiful dog who is allowed on the furniture. Need I say more. She is a doodle so I'm lucky in the hair department. I called the office and had an appointment quickly. I was given a window to expect someone. Well having experienced this before I assumed would be a wait. Pleasantly surprised when Mr Steven Smith arrived promptly. I had several questions and was not bothered when i requested an additional. I realize that's the business, but I also know he has a schedule. Anyway....good experience...read full review

Dylan really did a great job, my carpet looked night and day! Plus he told me there was a couple spots he couldn’t get out which I had no problem with, but he didn’t wanna keep spraying chemicals on it which being a father of two kids I really appreciated his consideration.
