I am a new patient and I felt welcome from the moment I called to inquire about becoming a new patient. Dr. Bigelow explained my X-ray and, step by step, what he was doing while examining my teeth. The dental hygienist was patience when trying to place the film in my mouth for my X-rays. Love my experience!
