Honestly I don’t know where to begin. I walked into the building after scheduling a consultation for a portrait of my favorite sister in law who had recently passed. We were more like sisters and shared an unbreakable bond and love for each other. Rah remained professional patient humble respectful throughout the entire process from communication of appointment to what matters most about what I wanted done to help me bring some sense of peace and balance. Rob is absolutely amazing! He has such a steady hand, incredible attention to detail, and really takes the time to make sure the design comes out perfect. He made me feel comfortable the whole way through, and you can tell he’s passionate about his work. The atmosphere at Matriarch Gallery is clean and welcoming, but Rob is definitely the highlight — talented, professional, and genuinely cares about giving you a tattoo you’ll love forever.
