I purchased a new General Electric refrigerator from B&B appliances in Phoenix Arizona, October 9th and it was delivered October 10, 2023. The first part of December the refrigerator started failing. I called B&B and they informed me that it was a General Electric warranty and I would have to contact them. I asked B&B if they had a loaner refrigerator to use because GE wasn’t coming out to repair the refrigerator until December 27th (20 days later). B & B Appliances is an outstanding Company. Yesterday my dryer stop working. I called around to other repair shops and they were all booked up with appointments until about mid October. I called B & B Appliances and he was able to send Paul to the house this morning. Paul gave me excellent customer service. After telling him the problem, he gave a quick estimate. Paul also showed me what the problem was and how to fix it, if it happens again. The estimate that Paul quoted me came out to be cheaper, after the work was completed. I highly recommend B & B Appliances to anyone who needs dryer repair work done.

I can't speak to the actual scheduling or repair service, but we went looking for a replacement dryer and the lady working in the store was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us and give us advice about our current dryer after we looked at their selection of dryers for sale. It was surprising and left us with such a great opinion. We'll definitely go back to take a look here with any future appliance repair or replacement needs.
