Brian provided excellent service from start to finish. He arrived right in the promised 10 AM–1 PM window, showing up around noon. He was professional, courteous, and even took off his shoes before coming into the house, which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed blower capacitor, had the replacement part on his truck, and had my AC back up and blowing cold air in about 20 minutes. I asked him several questions about the repair, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. His explanations matched the research I had done beforehand, which gave me confidence that he was being honest and knew exactly what he was doing. Overall, this was a smooth, professional experience. My heat pump's wall thermostat went blank (it doesn't use back-up batteries), so I couldn't use heat or AC at my home. I sent a service request to AHS warranty, and they assigned this contractor immediately. I received a call from the contractor right away and my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The technician arrived on time and immediately found a blown fuse in the air handler, which he replaced, and the wall thermostat display started working, but the heat and AC still didn't come on. He then went outside to the heat pump and replaced two bad parts (a transformer and contactor, I think). I believe those two parts got fried and caused the fuse to trip....read full review
American Home Shield contracted this company out to repair a water leak issue in my master bedroom shower. I wanted to take a moment to write how the tech took the time to educate me on issue I was experiencing . My issue ended up being a cartridge replacement. He was so knowledgeable on ever aspect of the job. I feel that him taking the time to go above and beyond reflect him and the company as well. Thank you so much again!!!
