This is the best dental office in the world! From the person who sets your initial appt to the front desk staff and then to my favorites…Dr.Hong and dental assistant Kalia(sp). I was a petrified patient but Kalia reassured me I was in great hands with Dr. Hong, and boy was she right! Kalia told me if I needed her to hold my hand, she would, and she did; she was so personable and empathetic! Dr. Hong came in and I immediately told him I was scared, he listened intently and walked me through the numbing gel, the needle(I didn’t feel a thing), to the drilling, to the filling of the cavities. I was sent here as part of the Active Duty Dental Program, and the service was fantastic from the moment I entered. The receptionist had me checked in with paperwork completed in just a few minutes, the xray tech made sure to get the best images she could, and Dr. Hong and his tech did a great job making sure all my issues were taken care of. He found mistakes on the referral including mis-numbering of teeth for treatment, as well as things missed completely, but made sure to get everything fixed before he finished. I would gladly return for any future dental work.
