OHA is a good company. They originally installed my heat/air unit, and have stayed on top of the service checkups. The tech that they recently assigned to us, Shaun Ackerman, arrived within the stated time range. He was equipped with everything he needed to perform the service. Shaun was very friendly, polite, and professional! We will continue to use this company and recommend them.
