“Our AC stopped cooling over the 4th of July. Mark Dalrymple-Reynolds came promptly at the scheduled appointment time after calling to let us know they were on their way, even asked if we needed anything. He quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently corrected it. He and Dee were very courteous and informative. We have signed up for their maintenance program and would be happy to have Mark as our technician again. So thankful to be sitting in a cool house to write this review. :) :)”

“Jay is the best around. We have used him for standard maintenance for over a year now, but recently we lost our AC Friday before labor day weekend. He was on vacation and still made time to call me back and try to talk through the issue on the phone. Ultimately, due to his vacation timing we had another company come out who did diagnose we had an issue, but did not find out what it was and estimated a VERY high amount for possible repairs. After some scare tactics we ended up waiting for Jay to be back at work. He came out the first day back and diagnosed the actual problem and had a part ordered the next day (something the larger company said would take 2-3 months). Repairs have been made and at a fair rate vs what the larger company estimated....and everything is working great. No question we will be using Jay as long as he is in the business. Thank you for your service.”

“My AC went out leaving my house at 85 degrees. No one was able to come fix it and Brian went out of his way to come over at 8pm to get it back up and running. We’ve had it serviced 4 times this summer and nothing has helped until Brian did. THANKS BRIAN BAKER, you guys really DO IT ALL”
