I was looking to replace my HVAC system, I did my research and decided to go with Custom design heating & air. The sales rep Dylan was great. I called him few times, he answered all my question and was very helpful. The installers Bernie and Keith were great. I felt so bad for them as it was very hot outside but they continued their work. The manager Chris was very helpful and addressed all my concerns. If you are in the Market for HVAC go with them. They are great.
