I’ve been a client of UAT for over five years because of the outstanding levels of service, professionalism, and knowledge provided by their techs, sales and customer support teams. They are “hands-on”, which is mostly unheard of these days with all of the AI infiltration. It is certainly most appreciated to actually speak with real humans and obtain knowledgeable feedback and information regarding the scheduled job, accounts, or customer service. Hunter Alexander, my service tech, was great! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and expeditious! He cleaned out my condensation drain lines and replaced the ultra violet light in my air handler!

For an issue that popped up over the weekend we were placed on a wait list for a few days. Then on Monday when Technician Abraham arrived to troubleshoot our Heating system quickly worked to resolve it to our satisfaction in a short period of time. Thanks to his experience and professionalism everything was functioning as it should with plenty of heat coming through the vents in every room. Now we're toasty and ready for the Fall season!
