Douglas has been our regular maintenance technician for the past few years. He is respectful in our home, extremely knowledgeable, and a great teacher to those that don’t understand how/why their HVAC is running how it is. He always gives us honest opinions on how well our unit is running opposed to how well and how much money we’d save with a new unit without pressures or pushing us to make decisions we aren’t ready for. I had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by Complete Heating and Cooling, both management and technicians did a superior job, getting parts quickly, installation was performed quickly with cleanup when completed. Then they took time to not only explain the system but how to get rebates for the work. For the few days prior to the installation they even gave us a loaner air conditioner. I give a shout out to Lou Anne and Edward for excellent efforts. They did everything they said they would do AND MORE.
The technicians( usually Douglas)are always on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. They do what needs to be done and are not pushing about additional services. They installed one heat pump unit and regularly service both my units.
