Our heat pump stopped working. Called Access Heating and Air for service. They responded with a tech on site within the hour. The tech repaired our heat pump on that visit. Very good service. Very quick response. Reasonable price. Excellent experience!

This review is well overdue and I apologize it has been delayed. I want to say Access Heating and Air is the most honest and friendliest company you can ask for. We have used the wonderful husband and wife duo Mr. Steve and his wife Mrs. Lisa for years! I am very thankful for them. Mrs. Lisa does all the scheduling and has truly worked miracles for issues in a pinch. Mr. Steve always comes out friendly as always and provides the ground truth on all issues. Over the years Access Heating & Air has installed a new AC Unit, Hot Water Heater and replaced our whole house humidifier.
