“Suburban heating and cooling were simply efficient. They arrived the same day I called for an issue I was having for years that other vendors could not determine. I had soot stains on my walls that damaged just about everything. Sunisa was able to quickly determine that there was combustion and a cracked exchanger which inevitably led to me replacing the unit. However, Sunisa took the time to consult with me on our repair or replacement options. His prices are very reasonable and within a week I had a new unit. “Last month, CFS replaced all of the 28-year old polybutylene plumbing in our house with PEX. All members of the team were polite and helpful. For a house with 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and two spigots, the replacement only took two days. To get to the pipes, several dozen holes in our walls and ceiling had to be cut and the crew was very conscious of minimizing drywall dust and used a lot of plastic coverings to protect our property. They were fast, professional, and answered all customer questions thoroughly to make us feel confident in their approach and work. I recommend working with CFS for this vital home repair.“
