Advanced Environment Solutions (AES) is a terrific company with top-notch staff and technicians. Its HVAC experts, Chris and Dimas, were consummate professionals, as well as Tammy at the office, who went over every detail with me to decide which HVAC was the right one for our home. Chris set the conditions for success with his load calculation and expertise. AES replaced my 25-year-old gas HVAC furnace with an electric heat pump HVAC system by Armstrong, which gets me the $2000 federal tax credit for the heat pump. The customer service with Advanced Environment Solutions (AES) is nothing shy of stellar. Their entire team was quite courteous, respectful, and professional. Very easy to work with, accommodating, and patient. They were informative, as well as welcomed any and all questions. I was also walked through every aspect of the process, explained the difference between my previous system and the new system, but also shown how to navigate the control panel. I cannot say enough positive about AES and would recommend them to anyone. AES what’s the third company that I had obtained to evaluate an heating issue. They were the only company that the technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. The technician was very honest about the issue, and communicated exactly what the issue was, and how to resolve also communicating that with an email and detailed pictures. Also prices were also lower than the other competitors.Then, also administrative admin followed up, making sure that we were satisfied with our service.
